The social entrepreneurship concept is broadly embraced among NGOs, and Corporate social responsibility is effectively drilled by a wide range of organizations. As she says :"Expertise is essential for success but passion is vital" The motive behind this initiative is motivating social responsibility among individuals and organizations. Socially responsible individuals bring values to the comunity that would create more resilience, inclusion, diversity, and sustainable growth where the ecosystem recycles resources at different levels. Profit Organizations would become more connected to their operational community, NGOs benifit from resources available, and individuals are more aligned with their value system.
Sally provides technical and soft skills for NGOs to pave their way to effective management and creative program design bringing diverse stakeholders together. She bolsters newly established NGOs and assists grounded one to extend themselves among the constantly changing environments they operate within. She provides NGOs with internal and Communication strategies with tangible tool boxes to conceptualize and implement projects in their environment.
She frequently design projects between NGOs and corporates that would serve both entities and especially funding NGOs through designing r sustainable CSR programs. What NGOs love about this is that corporates fund their programs while maintaining their CSR guidelines. It is a win win for everyone!
NGOs working on buidling cultures and value in our society are the main focus in this initiative that gives NGOs a full spectrum of support and capacity building while not spending from their tight budgets. This model keeps NGOs as the center of this initiative while partnering with corporates who want to have a social impact.
Such an initiative brings value to the community as a system where one ripple of good deeds transfold to bigger one and bigger impact while bridging between academia and the marketplace.
